Ramp

Articulating Center Ramp

An articulating center ramp enables safe and easy land loading/unloading at steep launch ramps, while keeping the aircraft stable. The ramp operates with a touch of a button, utilizing the electronic controls.

Controls

Centralized Controls

Single-handed bow-ring connector with an auto-disengage load handle allows for a single user to load and unload the aircraft. A 12V battery with 110V trickle charger powers the unit and can be stored in the dry storage space.

Water Ops

Water Loading/Unloading

Wireless winch control along with an electro-hydraulic lift system allows the aircraft to be loaded and unloaded with the landing gear retracted.

Land Ops

Land Loading/Unloading

The independent bunk system allows the aircraft to be rolled onto the trailer with the landing gear extended. The ramp and lift system is electro-hydraulic to make it effortless to use.

Alignment Guides

Foldable Alignment Guides

Alignment guides allow for easy water loading of the aircraft. The guides fold down for land loading/unloading and transport.

Retractable Bunk System

The ICON Amphib Trailer has a retractable bunk system that allows the aircraft to be trailered with landing gear retracted, even if it was loaded on land. This ensures that the A5 is in its lowest possible position when it’s being towed. The trailer tongue can be folded to shorten the overall length by 20 inches and the combined trailer and aircraft weight allows it to be towed by a midsize SUV.
