F4TAPEBLACK as required (TAPE, SELF-FUSEING, SILICONE, .02 IN THK, 1 IN WIDE)
TY24MX as required (CABLE TIE, NYLON 6-6, 30LB, 5.50, TY-RAP)
Task Instructions
2. Cut 2 separate 9 ± .25 inch lengths of silicone hose.
3. Perform the following procedure before installing tubing, flex hose, or fittings without sealed ends, or after cutting, trimming, or flaring:
a. Blow clean, dry, filtered air through fluid line.
b. If fluid line will not be installed immediately, cover the ends with protective cap or bag.
4. Use hose clamps to connect hoses to bulkhead fittings in the firewall. Locate clamps .25 ± .13 inches from end of hose and torque to 4-6 in-lbs.

Verification Method
Confirm hose is clamped to end and torqued to 4-6 in-lbs. Perform firewall inspection. Basic
