Use the following instructions to remove and replace the ECS thermostat to firewall bulkhead lines.

TY24MX as required (CABLE TIE, NYLON 6-6, 30LB, 5.50, TY-RAP)
Task Instructions
2. Connect 2X ECS lines (5526-037) to fittings on thermostat return and supply using 2X hose clamps (3806). Locate hose clamps 0.25 ± .13 inches from end of hose. The length of the line shall be 9.00 ± .25 inches. Torque to 12 ± 2 in-lbs.
3. Torque ECS lines to 4-6 in-lbs.
Verification Method
Verify torque values and torque stripe locations.
Verify correct routing between thermostat and firewall bulkhead.
