LOCTITE 243 (THREADLOCKER, PRIMERLESS, OIL TOL, REMOVABLE MED STR, BLUE)
Task Instructions
1. Install the new Fuel Shutoff Valve with applicable hardware. (Figure 176) Apply THREADLOCKER and torque screws to 13 in-lbs.
Note: 
The washers sit between the Fuel Shutoff Valve and the standoff.
2. Position the Fuel Supply Line and Fuel Return Line onto the Fuel Shutoff Valve.
3. Torque both AN-6 B-nuts to 110-130 in-lbs.
4. Install Overhead Console. (Overhead Console Component Replacement)
5. Turn on the Fuel Shutoff Valve, turn on master power, turn key to A position, and check for leaks.
6. Install Headliner and Overhead Console Bezel. (Headliner Installation)
Verification Method
Complete engine test run and check for leaks. (Engine Test Run)
